This is Medical Sterilization Wrapping Crepe Paper, a core consumable in operating rooms and dental clinics.
Instrument Sterilization Wrapping: Used to wrap surgical instruments, dental instruments, etc. Compatible with autoclave (high-pressure steam) and ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization, it features excellent breathability to allow full penetration of sterilants, while its strong bacterial barrier maintains the sterility of instruments for an extended period post-sterilization. Sterile Protective Barrier: Serves as the base material for sterile drapes and fenestrated drapes, isolating the operative field during surgery or treatment to block bacterial invasion and reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Instrument Cushioning & Protection: The soft, elastic paper cushions against instrument collisions and offers moisture resistance, protecting precision instruments from damage. Sterilization Effect Indication: Used in conjunction with sterilization indicator tape, allowing visual confirmation of successful sterilization via color changes on the tape.
Instructions
Instrument Preparation: Ensure instruments to be sterilized are clean, dry, and free of residual stains or moisture. Cutting & Wrapping: Cut the crepe paper to the appropriate size based on the instruments, then wrap the instruments layer by layer into a tight package. Fold edges neatly to avoid looseness. Sealing & Labeling: Seal the package’s opening with sterilization indicator tape, and label with the instrument name, sterilization date, and expiration date. Sterilization Processing: Place the sealed package into a sterilization device, and set parameters according to the corresponding sterilization method (e.g., 134°C for approximately 3–4 minutes for autoclave sterilization). Storage & Retrieval: After sterilization, store the package in a dry, clean environment. When in use, unwrap the package to retrieve sterile instruments; any unused items after opening must be re-sterilized and repackaged.
