Medical non-woven fabric

Uses

This is SMS medical non-woven fabric, a widely used protective material in medical settings

Raw material for protective supplies: Used to manufacture medical masks (skin-friendly inner layer, water-repellent outer layer), surgical gowns, isolation gowns, and protective caps, effectively blocking droplets, bacteria, and bodily fluids.
Base material for care consumables: Produces disposable bed sheets, treatment pads, and wipes to maintain a clean environment and reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
Sterilization packaging material: Serves as the inner layer of sterilization pouches, offering both breathability and bacteria resistance to maintain instrument sterility.
Wound care accessory: Acts as the base of wound dressings to absorb exudate and keep the wound surface dry.

Instructions

Wearing/using finished products: After being processed into finished items (e.g., masks, surgical gowns) in the factory, medical staff can wear them directly in compliance with relevant protection protocols.
Use as care pads: Lay flat on treatment beds, seats, or other surfaces; dispose of as medical waste after use.
Use as sterilization packaging: Cut to a suitable size, wrap instruments, seal for sterilization, and open to retrieve when needed.
Use for wound care: Cut to fit the wound surface, cover and secure the wound, and replace regularly to maintain cleanliness.

Note

Medical non-woven fabric is a disposable consumable and must not be reused to prevent cross-contamination.
