New self-sealing bags

Uses

Used to package small instruments and consumables such as dental and ophthalmic devices, maintaining sterility after sterilization and preventing secondary contamination.
Compatible with sterilization methods including high-pressure steam and ethylene oxide (EO), it features built-in internal and external indicators, allowing visual confirmation of sterilization effectiveness through color changes.
The self-sealing design eliminates the need for a heat sealer, enabling convenient operation ideal for small clinics or rapid sterilization scenarios.

Instructions

Ensure instruments/consumables to be sterilized are clean, dry, and free of residual stains or moisture.
Place items into the pouch, ensuring sharp edges do not pierce the bag.
Peel off the release paper on the pouch opening and press the self-sealing strip to ensure a tight seal.
Place the sealed pouch into a sterilization device and set parameters according to the corresponding method (e.g., 134°C for approximately 3–4 minutes for high-pressure steam sterilization).
Observe the color change of the indicator (e.g., turns dark gray after steam sterilization, yellow after EO sterilization) to confirm sterilization completion.
Label with the sterilization date and expiration date, then store in a dry environment; when in use, tear along the pre-cut notch to open and retrieve sterile items.
