Medical Sterilization Flat Roll (commonly known as Heavy-Duty Sterilization Roll)
Used to package dental, ophthalmic, surgical instruments and consumables, maintaining sterility after sterilization and preventing secondary contamination. Compatible with sterilization methods such as high-pressure steam and ethylene oxide; the roll format allows on-demand cutting to fit items of different sizes. Its paper-film composite structure is breathable and bacteria-resistant, with a built-in sterilization indicator for visual confirmation of sterilization effectiveness.
Instructions
Cut the roll to the appropriate length as needed. Place clean, dry items to be sterilized inside, ensuring sharp objects do not pierce the bag. Seal both ends of the bag with a heat sealer to ensure a tight seal. Place the sealed bag into a sterilization device and set parameters according to the corresponding sterilization method. Label with the sterilization date and expiration date, then store in a dry environment. When in use, tear along the pre-cut notch to open and retrieve the sterile items.
